Awarded to a Fellow Alumni who has been an active alumni member, and active in his or her community. If you wish to nominate someone for this award, please indicate his or her name in the designated space on the reservation form and write a brief note detailing why you think your nominee deserves the award. Nominations must be received by May 15, 2005.
